You have the right to return all or part of your order within 14 days of receiving it.
We usually offer free returns on all orders within Sweden regardless of order value. This requires that you use our return shipping slip and that you follow the instructions regarding the return routine.
International buyers have to book and pay for the return. Make sure to send the shipment insured and to include all proper customs documentation and to mark it as a return. Any local customs fees or VAT already paid by the buyer need to be reclaimed and local customs by the buyer.
Please note that any customs fees or administrational fees that will be charged to The Occasional Rider by transporter or customs will be subtracted from the order reimbursement.
Exceptions to free returns are orders where you use some kind of discount code at checkout. In these cases, the customer is responsible for the return cost. If it is a size change, the customer pays for the return and The Occasional Rider is responsible for the shipping cost for the delivery of the new size to the customer.
Pack the item(s) you want to return. Should the packing material be torn or thrown away, use an equivalent that protects the goods well from impacts and moisture.
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know you want to return all or part of your order. We will return with a return shipping slip.
Print and stick the return shipping label on the package. Make sure you remove or paste over the old waybill.

Refunds are made as soon as possible after we receive and approve your return. We always try to be as quick as possible, but expect it to take up to 10 working days before you have the money in your account.
ATTENTION! When refunding purchases made with foreign cards, The Occasional Rider takes no responsibility and offers no compensation for any fees charged by the customer's bank.
The easiest way if you want to exchange an item (e.g. for another item or a different size or color) is to exercise your money back guarantee by returning the item or items according to our return procedure above. Then place a new order for the new items you want. You can also contact our customer service and we will always do our best to help you.
