Delivery conditions


All prices are shown including Swedish VAT. Final VAT will be calculated at checkout depending on shipping address.

Buyer is responsible to pay any local customs fees or VAT upon delivery. 

For orders over SEK 1,500, we offer free shipping to addresses within Sweden. We usually offer free domestic returns on all orders within Sweden regardless of order value. This requires that you use our return shipping slip and that you follow the instructions found under Exchanges and returns.

Exceptions to free returns are orders where you use some kind of discount code at checkout. In these cases, the customer is responsible for the return cost. If it is a size change, the customer pays for the return and The Occasional Rider is responsible for the shipping cost for the delivery of the new size to the customer.

Shipping Suppliers

We deliver all products in collaboration with well-known forwarders such as DHL, PostNord, Schenker and UPS. Note that, apart from Gotland, we cannot deliver to addresses that require boat transport within Sweden.

Order and delivery confirmation

We will send one order confirmation via e-mail as soon as we receive your order. The order confirmation is valid in combination with proof of completed payment as a receipt in the event of an exchange or complaint.

In the case of orders for goods that we do not have in stock but which can be pre-ordered (e.g. incoming goods, replenishment goods or ordered goods) or where it concerns goods that are sent directly to you from our supplier (so-called drop shipment), we reserve the right to cancel the order if goods is out of stock at the supplier. Should we, against the odds, be unable to deliver the ordered item, a full refund will be given on the already paid order. However, we do not provide any other compensation.

Once your order has been packed and left our warehouse, you will receive delivery confirmation with information about which forwarder will deliver your order and a tracking number so you can track your shipment.

Stock items: 1-3 working days. For stock items that are temporarily out of stock, expect 5-7 working days.

Drop shipment items : 3-6 business days. These goods are sent directly to you from our supplier.

Special order items: usually 2-12 working days depending on supplier/wholesaler. We will get back to you as soon as we place the order with them with a more precise delivery date.

Incoming items that can be pre-ordered: has a note on the respective size/color/variant that indicates the estimated delivery date to our warehouse. When placing an order, we will keep you informed if there are major deviations in the incoming delivery.
Remember that you as a customer must always be able to show identification when handing out/delivery of the products.

Transport damage

If you discover that products have been damaged during transport to you, we ask you to contact our customer service immediately. According to the Swedish Consumer Agency, transport damage must be reported to the seller within a reasonable time after the customer notices (or should have noticed) the damage. If you are a business customer, the damage must be reported to us within seven days. For the fastest possible handling of the matter, it is important that you:
  • enter order number
  • saves all packaging material that the order came packed in until the case is closed
  • attach clear pictures of the damage to the product as well as any visible damage to the packaging material
    Depending on how extensive the damage is, we either replace the product, repair it or apply a price reduction. However, we always do this in consultation with you as a customer so that you feel satisfied.
