Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Sweden
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, in accordance with Swedish distance selling legislation.
We offer free returns within Sweden. To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in substantially unchanged condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Once we have received and approved your return, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are normally processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Sealed products where the seal has been broken and which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards.
European Union (EU)
As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this period and return the goods within 14 days of informing us of your decision.
Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Products must be returned in substantially unchanged condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Once the return has been received and approved, we will refund the amount paid for the goods as well as any standard outbound shipping costs. Additional charges for express shipping are non-refundable.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with applicable EU legislation, to:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Sealed products that have been opened and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards.
Rest of World
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the goods. Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Customs duties, taxes, and shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned goods have been received and approved.
How to Return an Item or Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
You can easily register a return or notify us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal through our digital Shopify return portal.
Simply access your customer account or follow the link provided in your order confirmation. There, you can select the order and the items you wish to return and follow the instructions for the next steps.
Once your return request has been submitted, you will receive further instructions by email. For returns within Sweden, we provide a prepaid return label free of charge. For returns from the EU and the Rest of the World, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Please note that submitting a return request does not automatically mean that the return has been approved. Returns are only approved after the goods have been received and inspected.
