Warranty & complaints
We comply with the Consumer Purchase Act. All products are sold with a 1-year warranty and 3-year warranty unless otherwise stated in the product description. Warranty and right of complaint apply to purchases in Sweden. For purchases within the rest of the EU, a 2-year right of complaint applies according to law.
All errors must be reported to us within a reasonable time from being noticed. Within 2 months is always considered reasonable.
In the event of a warranty or complaint matter, please contact us by e-mail or telephone. You need to be able to show the purchase receipt. Describe in words and preferably pictures what the case is about.
If it is a fault that is covered by warranty or complaint, the product will either be repaired or replaced with a new product depending on the fault. Should none of these options be possible, a refund will be made.
